Training focused on Awareness, Self-Defense, Striking, and Grappling mixed martial arts techniques.
These classes are 3 hours per week.
Our Traditional Martial Arts class includes instruction in Shin-Do-Ryu Kempo Karate.
Students will learn katas and weapons, as well as striking and grappling, for competitions.
These classes are 4 hours per week.
This class focuses on striking and self-defense.
Includes Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai techniques.
These classes are 2 hours per week.
This class focuses on grappling and self-defense.
Includes Jiu Jitsu and wrestling techniques.
Classes are 2 hours per week.
One-on-one session to work on a student's individual striking, grappling, and self-defense goals.
1 hour sessions, by appointment only.
On Non-Competition Saturdays, we host a free optional live sparring and grappling day to allow our students to use the techniques they've learned in a competitive setting.
